Venuestar Review Modern pub in a prime position that attracts a broad spectrum due to its separate public bar, sports bar, and dining areas. A generally cheery pub, the Linc has a dedicated following. Clientele is traditional during the day but totally mixed in the evenings, particularly weekends. Occasional offerings such as a band, karaoke, footy on the TV and trivia inject even more liveliness. Fridays and Saturdays can be big with lively music, since, well, there's not much else in the immediate area. Tony Clarke

Readers' Reviews I'm a Linc regular. Parma is the best in Essendon and the chips are awesome. I always book for a table on the weekend and request a window seating- most comfortable chairs! Plenty of TVs for the footy too. Peter, Essendon, 01/12 Lincolnshire Arms Hotel or better known as 'The Linc' is the place to be on a friday night. With a crowd ranging from 18 to 40 it's a very comfortable atmoshphere. Cheap drinks and comfortable surroundings. Shawn, Strathmore, 02/06
