Venuestar Review You have to enter to know what goes on in this majestic corner building, because the huge stained glass windows in the front bar are opaque. Likewise, there's no gazing through the windows from inside either, but there's a surprisingly ample amount of natural light. The front bar offers meals, and an adjacent room has pool tables and pinball machines. There is also a TAB area, a bistro with a more sophisticated menu than the front bar, and a beer garden.
Things on the weekend tend to get a little chockers, as the Grandview Hotel will feature bands in the main room. Other things such as regular sausage sizzles and the like mean there's a bit of a loyal following around.
