The last stop before the Hume Highway starts heading country, the Sylvania Hotel is on a huge site with dedicated bottle shop. Both a large and small sports bar feature. The sports bar is never quiet and is popular with the locals, many who would be trade workers up this part of town. Worthy of note are the particularly late opening hours, especially on weekends.

Outdoor Area / Beer Garden

The bistro area opens up to a small semi-covered beer garden.
