Venuestar Review The Chaise Lounge is one of Melbourne's more opulently styled basement bars, its closest cousin probably being Arthur's. It's more colourful though, and more intimate given its smaller size. A glamorous, vibrant and bustling venue, it attracts an upmarket 'glam' crowd through its funky music and ambient atmosphere. There's something on nearly every night of the week, and cocktails are a specialty (we note Bartender Magazine's 2001 cocktail bar of the year award).
