Venuestar Review That friendly small bar feel on a street where most of the venues are bigger. Not a very big place by any stretch of the imagination, with five people alone you'd probably feel like you owned the place. Food, coffee, cocktails are all available. If you're extremely lucky, you'll catch the odd band. Where on earth would they play? In the window area, of course! Mark Davies Second Opinion If you don't want a place with thumping music or over-zealous 17-year-olds, this might be the bar for you, where emphasis is on sitting at the tables and enjoying the vibe. Gypsy is one small room divided in two by the bar and the seating, with a few chairs also at the front counter for people-watchers. The venue is made to look larger with its mirrored walls, but it doesn't take much for Gypsy to fill up. High, pressed metal ceilings add to the quaintness of the room - one which is a great place for a chat, some drinks and maybe a bite. Julie Whiting
