Decadent furniture, dim lighting, curvaceous carved wood and chairs for groups of 2 or 20. The opulence of Polly doesn't make it unwelcoming - nor do the staff, who serve drinks from the bar in the centre of the room, right to your table.

Our tip: the absinthe.
