Venuestar Review Respectable family-run suburban pub that does its main trade on lunchtime meals. A rustic carpeted and red brick feel sets the tone, and the Vine Hotel's friendly proprietors are chatty and welcoming. Being mainly a weekday pub to cater for nearby workers, as weekends are usually reserved for the functions - which can be of all types (from birthdays to anniversaries). We've seen evenings here close very early. One bar serves both a small front room as well as the large back dining and function area. Meals are huge, and value for money. Mark Davies
