Venuestar Review The Terminus Hotel is a pub that should not be missed. The adornments on the walls, the bizarre paintings and tacky mementos provide something for everyone to chat about and admire. By everyone we mean students, professionals, groovers, ravers - there's always a mixed bag. Now, if you're keen on playing some Bingo, well you don't have to keep your passion quiet because it's Bingo night on Wednesday night at the Terminus and it's fantastic. Hungry stomachs are also catered for here as there is an under-cover court yard with and a small dining room to have some delicious, reasonably priced meals in. There's a pool table (adorned with an enticing leopard skin cover) and a huge main room which is cosy and inviting and provides live entertainment of various persuasions.
The bar staff are always chatty and the place has a cosy, welcoming feeling, that will keep you coming back. It's an immensely popular venue that's always full of life. Outdoor Area / Beer Garden A courtyard area out back doubles as a beer garden and has all the kitsch and colour you could ask for. Lush Green Second Opinion An institution in Richmond and afar, the Terminus was the forerunner of the spate of retro chic pubs that burgeoned from the late 90s onwards. Oil paintings and ornaments from the 60s and 70s aside, Terminus is a good, solid pub with a relaxed vibe, a great outdoor area, and lots to do including pool and bingo. Everyone should have a local like this. Julie Whiting
