It's popular, and you can see why: a funky blend, a pool table, cheap pizzas, and busy vibe are mixed together well. It's a 'happening' place - where you'd warm up, not wind down.
DJs play every night, in case you were wondering. As it should be, really.

Readers' Reviews The lights are dim so it's not in your face lighting. The age group tends to be early to mid 20s to mid 30s - a really nice and fun crowd. I always seem to make a friend in the girls' toilets and end up dancing with her on the dancefloor later - my boyfriend just shakes his head and says, "You're incredible, every time we come here you make a new friend". Which is great, because in a lot of other places the girls are competitive; people at Bimbo's are there to have a good night and make a few friends.
There are couches to sit on if you don't feel like dancing or standing, a decent sized dance floor with great DJs spinning their stuff, a pool table, or tables and chairs to sit at. The rooftop is unreal on a hot night, or you can just stand around near the bar like 'in a pub' atmosphere. Jennifer, Werribee, 02/06
