Readers' Reviews The Moreland Hotel is Fantastic, great food lovely atmosphere, everyone enjoyed there meals. The Cake was good, decadent and plain at the same time which was interesting. My Daughter loved the Play facilities for children, Including the 3 Playstations 2's they have built in for the kids to play on for free plus various tunnels slides etc. Excellent place to go for a Family Night or Lunch Out, where you can take your Children with you. Readers' Reviews Big, spacious, clean... good for families with prams. Cake selection kept the ladies happy. Food is fine. Not top line, but very standard.. made to appeal to most. The good thing is that servings are big, so go when you really want to fill up. You'll go here when you're out with a group, or you've got some young kids who can cut loose in the kids' play-pen... Eldon, Preston, 06/09 The public bar is large and spacious, with a couple of pool tables and a fully equiped TAB open from first to last race everyday.
The large dining area has to seen to be believed, it can contain over 300 people, all on seperate levels. Over $250,000 has been spent on the ceiling, l wont say what they have done, but it's worth visiting just for a look.
Parking is no problem as they have an extremely large carpark, and they also have all the big fights from overseas on the big screen, eg Koysta Tsyzu etc Chris, Essendon, 10/04
