Venuestar Review The Laurel combines both a local pub feel with a social, relaxed atmosphere that everyone will feel comfortable in.
It's an institution in terms of meals, as the pub fare is great value and enjoyed by many during the early evening. A separate restaurant caters for the serious diners, whilst also providing large tables for groups.
A lot of younger people tend to congregate in the pub area alongside the older regulars, which provides a pleasant mix. A separate lounge area exists as well.
The Laurel is a friendly pub, nicely balanced between the traditional and the upmarket.

Readers' Reviews From the outside looks like a typical pub, but walking into the bisto you are into a cosy bright dining area.the clientle is mixed diners are chatty without being loud. There are no pokies in this place that is what makes the laurel hotel unique to me. Trevor, Carrum Downs, 11/11
