Venuestar Review A nice complement to the former City Square complex, serving food and drink to CBD workers and funsters alike, this handy little venue is a good one to know about. Capitalising on its cafe-ness by day, Three Below becomes a chic drinkery by evening. Designed by Melbourne's well known Six Degrees mob, it's a veritable gallery of suspended wooden panels and stone walls, while glimmers of stained glass and bar stools merely hint at a pub feel. Julie Whiting Second Opinion Designed by Six Degrees, those infamous architects that brought us Meyers Place and Richmond Public House, Three Below occupies Shop 3 of Melbourne City Square. Loads of wine, cocktails and hard to find beers here, and comfort food that's offered seemingly all night long. Simon Woodhouse
